Dont know if this is appropriate here but it is a model issue. These sites try to mess with the models and have no respect. If you know anyone on the needlive.com site. please notify them and their members to complain.

I’m sending this message to all my friends who support me and other performers on NeedLive. We need your Help! On Tuesday the management of needlive.com cut your pay percentage from 50% down to 40%. They did this without telling you, only one performer noticed and started spreading the word. This is very upsetting to many of us who rely on this income. With no notification, I find this so unfair and even makes me question why I should work so hard on this site when they take so much and don’t even tell us. Please help by contacting the online support and complain, this impacts all of you too, tell them how unfair this is. Please help and complain to Support. Thank you "

wow that sucks. I dont work on needlive but I was considering it.

But this isnt the first time a site has pulled something like this. And I dont really expect them to change it because people complain. As models the only thing we can do is stop working there. No models or less models = no customers or less customers.

Webcams.com recently pulled something like this too. Dropping from 40% to 37%. No announcement no nothing. Just changed the pay one day. I complained. Told them my contract when i signed up stated I get 40%, that i never agreed anywhere to recieve less.

Thier response was somewhat generic. Apparently the contract states they can modify it any time which is what they did. When I went back and said yes you can modify it but it also says modify with notice and where was my notice, they claimed that by posting somewhere on the site the current model contract (which said 37%) that that was the notice.

Some sites do have a little box you check when logging in. If you read the fine print it says its you acknowledging the rules of the site and provisions in the current contract, including the pay rate.

I also sent this to them:

To NEEDLIVE

As a member of your site i have, to a small degree, supported its growth and the hosts.

You have been charging 29.95 for every 24 "credits" and telling hosts they get 50%....the truth is they only ever received 40% of what I paid....now you rates have lowered to 32% of what I pay.

Each credit should have been worth 1.247 dollars to the hosts. It was not. A value is consistent through the transaction, in this case you may have committed fraud against members by changing the value.

Do the right thing, pay the percentage you agreed to and you attract more top hosts. More top hosts = more money for you......squeeze the hosts and your site will have problems while still its still infancy.

As i said, there is also an issue of being misleading, deceptive and possible fraud being committed against both models and members by your pricing and pay practices.
